Hey there! We’re Miguel & Noah — the duo behind Rodrigues Adventures.
This blog is all about getting out there, exploring new places, making memories, and probably getting a little lost along the way (on purpose… most of the time).
Who We Are
Miguel (Dad)
Born in Lagos, Portugal, I’ve spent most of my life bouncing around Europe — from the buzz of London to the creative streets of Berlin. After years abroad, I’ve come full circle and landed back in the sunny Algarve. Safe to say… I’m not leaving anytime soon.
Noah (Son & Chief Explorer)
Noah was born in London, had a quick taste of city life, then headed off to Berlin before settling in the Algarve. He’s curious, energetic, and always ready for the next adventure — especially if it involves beaches, snacks, or something a bit wild.
What We Do
We explore. Simple as that.
Right now, we’re focusing on discovering everything the Algarve and Portugal have to offer — hidden beaches, cool towns, great food, and fun day trips. But we’re not stopping there.
The plan?

➡️ And eventually… the world 🌎
Whether it’s a quick weekend trip, a random road adventure, or just a great spot we stumble upon, we’re here to share it.
Why This Blog?
Because adventures are better when you share them.
We wanted a place to document our journeys, laugh about the mishaps, and maybe inspire other families (or anyone really) to get out and explore — no matter how big or small the trip.
Also… it’s a pretty cool way for us to look back one day and say, “Remember when we did that?”
